Dry-cleaning We will clean your suits, dress shirts and any other garments. (Paid service)
Drop off your clothes before 10:00 a.m., and we will have your clothes clean and ready by 5:00 p.m. the same evening.

Room service We offer a variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. We also accept reservations to order breakfast for the next morning.
Parking fees We charge 600 yen per car per night for guests staying with us.

Via JR
  • Get off at Aomori Station. We are about 5 minutes away by taxi and about 25 minutes away on foot
  • Get off at Shin-Aomori Station. We are about 20 minutes away by taxi
Via bus
  • Get off at Kokudo 4-go Bunka Kaikan-mae Bus Stop. We are 3 minutes away on foot
From the airport

From Aomori Airport:

  • About 30 minutes by taxi
  • About 35 minutes by bus to Aomori Station

When travelling by car from the airport:

  • About 15 minutes after exiting the Aomori-chuo Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway
  • There are 130 spaces in our parking lot
Via JR
  • Get off at Aomori Station. We are about 5 minutes away by taxi and about 25 minutes away on foot
  • Get off at Shin-Aomori Station. We are about 20 minutes away by taxi

Opening times and fees
  • Open: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Parking fees: Visitors to our hotel may park for up to 4 hours free of charge. * Ask at the reception of the banquet, the restaurant or the hotel front desk for a stamp to validate your free parking.
  • Parking for longer periods costs 300 yen for one hour and 150 yen for each extra 30-minute interval
  • Caution: Take care not to lose your parking ticket, as you will need it when exiting the parking lot.
    * We will charge 3,000 yen if you have lost your parking ticket.

Shin-Aomori Station microbus shuttle service (Reservation only) Please reserve a seat in advance

Going to the station Leaves the hotel at 10:45 a.m., reaches Shin-Aomori Station (West Exit) at around 11:05 a.m. (The microbus also stops at Aomori Station. The Hayabusa 18 departs from Shin-Aomori Station at 11:52 a.m.)
Pick-up service from the station Leaves Shin-Aomori Station at 3:35 p.m., taking you to the hotel (The Hayabusa 21 arrives at Shin-Aomori Station at 3:29 p.m.)
